Dale has been involved in medical device sales management for over 25 years, having spent 9 years managing sales at a distribution organization and the last 16 years with Natus Medical leading an international sales team and managing a distribution partner network across EMEA.

Dale has a track record of overachieving results whilst always maintaining a professional, ethical and fair business relationship with his co-workers and business partners. With a passion for neonatal care, Dale has been instrumental in developing and managing national screening programs in multiple countries, and maximizing efficient product roll out, acceptance and standardization across various product portfolios. His loyalty, drive and positive energy are key to his success.
